• It should also be remembered that Royal Mail and Parcel Force cannot guarantee to deliver within the scheduled targets during the Christmas period or other peak times and deliveries may take slightly longer than normal.

• Items can take up to 10-14 WORKING DAYS to complete and the delivery option is then added to this time.

• Your embroidered badge is not just a sewn on County FA badge. The embroidered badge is professionally woven directly into the fabric of your chosen product.

• Each product is individually produced and as such, can take up to 10 to 14 WORKING days to complete.

• The delivery options below act as a guide to expected arrival times.

• Please note that at peak times it may take slightly longer to despatch your order.

• Delivery based on a next day service UP TO 5 .30pm.

• Please note that this is not a guaranteed next day delivery. The actual time you placed the order, stock availability and embroidered products may mean that your order is not delivered the day after you placed it.

• Next day orders must be placed before 12 noon for next day delivery.

In order to provide the most complete payment security available, when you place your order with us we do not see nor process your payment details.

This is a direct transaction between you, our payment processors Protx [fully secure, approved and recommended by the major banks] and your own credit card company or bank.
This means that payment will be taken immediately on the order being placed.

Some companies actually 'email' your payment details to themselves after you have placed your order, then process the payment manually on their credit card machine.
We do not believe this is a secure way of treating your credit card details and refuse, in view of the lack of security to operate our payment card processing in this way.

Long term out of stock
If there is a long term out of stock product and you do not wish the payment to be processed until the order is shipped then we advise that you place the order over the phone.

Adding products to an internet order
Also if you wish to add a product to your order after it has been placed over the internet, then this will have to be completed over the phone and a payment method provided for the additional item[s].

• If for some reason you find any of our products do not meet this criteria, we invite you to return the item for a full refund or exchange.

• Products returned for refund and exchange must be returned unused and in resaleable condition.

• YES, We DO accept returns on embroidered items. As far as we know, we are the only manufacturer or supplier who is willing to go this far to earn your esteem.

• We believe in our products unreservedly and would rather keep a customer happy than have you dissatisfied with our products and service.

• On occasion Official Sports.co.uk will offer clearance items or other promotional features that may not be returned.

• If this is the case, Official Sports.co.uk will clearly advertise any item that do not have the normal return policy attached. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
