Shipping And Handling

Official Sports offer a FREE DELIVERY service where all standard second class shipping is included for any order shipped to an address in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We do however add £1.95 to cover the cost of insurance / recorded delivery on all orders.

Republic of Ireland residents orders are shipped at the same rate as Mainland European orders.

In addition we offer a number of optional delivery services in the UK:
FIRST CLASS POST; please add £2.00 [total price inc ins. £3.95]
NEXT DAY COURIER for £5.00* [total price inc ins. £6.95]

* plus £1.95 insurance

Delivery Schedule

While we aim to have your order with you inside seven days and try to despatch all orders received on the day of purchase, or next working day.
Embroidery items can take up to 7-10 WORKING DAYS to complete and the delivery ption is then added to this time.
The delivery options below act as a guide to expected arrival times.
Please note that at peak times it may take slightly longer to despatch your order.

Delivery based on a next day service UP TO 5.30pm.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed next day delivery. The actual time you placed the order, stock availability and embroidered products may mean that your order is not delivered the day after you placed it.

First Class
Our upgraded service, Royal Mail quote up to 3 working days delivery for First Class packages.

Second Class
Our standard FREE* delivery. Royal Mail quote up to 5 working days delivery for Second Class packages.

Do you accept returns and exchanges on embroidered items?

YES, We DO accept returns on embroidered items. As far as we know, we are the only manufacturer or supplier who is willing to go this far to earn your esteem.

We believe in our products unreservedly and would rather keep a customer happy than have you dissatisfied with our products and service.

On occasion Official Sports.co.uk will offer clearance items or other promotional features that may not be returned. If this is the case, Official Sports.co.uk will clearly advertise any item that do not have the normal return policy attached. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

How do I make a return or exchange?

To make a return or exchange, YOU MUST FIRST GET AN RMA NUMBER FROM Official Sports.co.uk, Please call our freephone number 08000 96 99 96 or email us at returns@officialsports.co.uk to request an RMA NUMBER. RETURNS CAN NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER! Please have your receipt, credit card details (if applicable) and personal details available. Official Sports.co.uk takes no responsibility for incoming shipments. Returns MUST be sent insured for processing to:

Please allow up to 21 days for returns to be processed.

Do you accept returns via FREEPOST or do you cover return postage?

No. The cost and responsibility of ensuring returns or exchanges is up to you. Official Sports is unable to accept responsibility for the safe arrival or incoming shipments, as such we ask that you send incoming parcels via recorded delivery. We do not pay return postage although we will pay all postage costs for shipping exchanged items back to you. Returns sent to the FREEPOST address will be charged at the normal second class rate.
